If a show goes ahead as normal, despite adverse weather conditions, our policy is no refunds, exchanges or credits as stated in our terms and conditions.

If you can attend another performance within a run of shows then we will exchange your tickets, subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee. All original tickets need to be returned to Box Office before the performance commences.
