Our Gift Vouchers can be purchased for any amount and are redeemable on all performances at Venue Cymru and Theatr Colwyn.

Buy Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers can currently be redeemed by telephone and when booking online.
  • If the value of the Gift Voucher exceeds the cost of the transaction, the remaining balance will be credited to another gift voucher for the customer to use against future bookings.
  • Gift Vouchers can only be used to purchase tickets and cannot be used at the venue bars or restaurant
  • Venue Cymru doesn’t sell or accept National Theatre Vouchers or gift cards

Christmas postage: We cannot guarantee delivery of printed tickets or printed gift vouchers after the 15th December. E-Tickets and Online Gift Vouchers will be available right up to Christmas!

You have the right to cancel your Gift Vouchers within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been used
Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively against any existing bookings, for other goods or cash.
