Our talented technical team have developed our very own virtual event platform, meaning you can continue to host events live to your delegates in their homes.
Our studio, based at Venue Cymru, has been designed to allow a host to facilitate the conference with the speakers streamed from the studio or live from their locations. Alternatively facilitators and speakers can all connect via a web link meaning the entire conference can be hosted virtually from alternative locations.
Our Virtual Event Platform gives conference organisers the option to host a hybrid event, making the virtual platform an addition to a live in person event, or a fully virtual event.
The fully customisable platform has been designed to optimise delegates participation with the option to chat and ask questions along with the chance to participate in polls and online voting.
