Whether you’re looking for a venue to cater for 1500 delegates, or an intimate meeting room for two, our flexible spaces can be configured to meet your needs.
Our fully accessible facilities include 28 separate spaces. These rooms can be used for break- out suites, large conference, meetings, exhibition or reception areas.
Arena
Accessed directly off our main atrium, this ground floor space can be adapted to a multitude of events. Whether you are looking to hold a prestigious awards dinner, showcase an expo or just host a main conference plenary area – the Arena is the space for you.
Hall
This fully accessible, first-floor conference hall is the ideal space to hold smaller conferences, sub-plenary sessions, gala dinners and exhibitions.
Orme Suite
This highly versatile ground floor function room is ideally suited for social events, conference catering or exhibition space.
Studio
A more recent addition to Venue Cymru’s suite of rooms; the Studio is a large conference room which has the benefit of a fully sprung floor.
Meeting Rooms
At Venue Cymru we have an abundance of meeting rooms that open onto our light and airy conference atrium. Meeting rooms range in capacity from 8 – 175.
