- Gift Vouchers can currently be redeemed from the Box Office counter, by telephone and when booking online.
- If the value of the Gift Voucher exceeds the cost of the transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the voucher and can be used against future bookings.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used to purchase tickets and cannot be used at the venue bars or restaurant
- Venue Cymru doesn’t sell or accept National Theatre Vouchers or gift cards
- You have the right to cancel your Gift Vouchers within 14 days of purchase provided they have not been used
- Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be applied retrospectively against any existing bookings, for other goods or cash.
- Christmas postage: We cannot guarantee delivery of printed tickets or printed gift vouchers after the 15th December. E-Tickets and Online Gift Vouchers will be available right up to Christmas!
