We pride ourselves on specialising in dishes that feature the finest produce on offer including locally sourced seasonal vegetables, seafood, Welsh lamb and beef. 

Our chefs have prepared a range of menus that are suitable for all occasions from small dinner parties through to gala dinners. Please speak to your account manager for further details. 

Special dietary requirements are always catered for. These must be pre-ordered with final numbers and confirmed at least ten days prior to the event.
