Premier Membership & Premier PLUS Membership: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of and participation in the Private Membership Program ("Membership") offered by Venue Cymru & Theatr Colwyn ("Theatre", "we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in the Membership, you ("Member", "you") agree to abide by these Terms. 

Venue Cymru & Theatr Colwyn reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion. 

Membership Benefits include:  

Premier Membership: £35 

• Priority booking (where available)
• Email notifications / advance notice of on sale (where available)
• 10% off at Y Review Restaurant* 

*this discount may not apply for private or special events taking place in the restaurant 

Premier Membership PLUS: £65  

• 2 for 1 on selected opening night performances on week long shows. 

(Max 4, but may be limited to 2 depending on the show/availability, may be capped for certain shows and will be given on a first come first serve basis)  

• Up to 25% off for up to 2 tickets, on selected shows
• Voucher for 2 free drinks per year  

(up to the value of £7 per drink) 

• 10% discount on select shows (for up to 2 tickets)
• Priority booking (where available)
• Email notifications / advance notice of on sale (where available)
• 10 % off Y Review Restaurant *this discount may not apply for private or special events taking place in the restaurant
• 10% Catlin’s Café
• 10% off Kiosk and circle and foyer bar  

Premier memberships for Students will be discounted by 40% (£21 & £39)  

Membership Fees and Term 

The Membership fee is £35 & £65 per year, payable in advance. 

Membership fee is subject to changes and will be reviewed 1st April 2026, and reviewed annually on this date.  

The Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. 

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or if the Theatre cancels the Membership program.  

We honour a 14 day cooling off period, however, should you cancel membership, and ANY tickets purchased utilising the discount from the Premier Membership PLUS will need to be paid in full for them to remain valid. Any tickets purchased as a priority booking will also be cancelled within the 14 days and the seats will not be honoured if re purchasing.  

Renewals 

Membership does not renew automatically unless stated otherwise.

Renewal notices may be sent prior to expiry. The Theatre reserves the right to change the renewal fee or terms. 

Transferability 

Memberships are non-transferable and issued to a single individual.  

This includes the use of the membership card / QR code, any use of the card. QR code/membership in Google/Apple wallet, at the restaurant, Kiosk and bars, when presented for discount needs to be presented by the card holder only, who’s purchased the membership. The member should expect theatre staff to do spot ID checks where they deem necessary.  The named card holder is able to purchase with the discount for their party members (up to 4 ppl). 

Any unauthorised transfer or use may result in immediate termination. 

Privacy and Communications 

By becoming a Member, you consent to receive communications regarding your Membership and theatre events. 

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Conwy County Borough Council privacy policy. 

Changes and Termination 

The Theatre reserves the right to amend/withdraw these terms, benefits, or fees at any time. Notice will be given to Members where required.  

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.  

The Theatre may terminate the Membership program at any time with reasonable notice. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

The Theatre is not liable for losses arising from changes to events, performances, or benefits. 

The Membership does not guarantee availability of specific shows or seats.
