Weave through a range of visualisation exercises using words, colour, shape and experiences to allow personal expression and ideas generation. This is not about your ability but is about playing through art and creativity.

A slim A3 sketchbook will be provided for each participant to work in/take home & art materials will be provided to use on the day.
