We have a two-tiered membership option, you can choose from one of the following:

• Premier Membership (£35 annually)
• Premier Membership PLUS (£65 annually)

Your Premium Membership will last for 12 months from your date of purchase, and can be renewed yearly.

If you’re a Premier Plus member and would like to book online, you must ensure you’re logging into your account on our website. 

A few important points:

• Make sure to select the “standard” price tickets as the discounts do not work on concessions.
• The 2-for-1 ticket discount is valid on up to 4 tickets per performance, in order to use this discount, please select the "241 Premier Membership Plus" ticket option when booking your seats.
• Some discounts are capped for each performance so booking early is crucial to avoid disappointment.
• Make sure you’re signed up to emails from us to receive info about upcoming on-sales – you’ll often get early access to tickets as a valued member

The membership is for the individual who purchases the membership. You can book tickets in your name for a group of up to four, but the membership holder will need to be attending the performance.

Yes, we offer a student discount on our Premier Memberships.

If you are a student you can purchase a Premier Membership with a discount of 40% (Premier Membership: £21 / Premier Membership PLUS: £39) . The Student Premier membership can be purchased at Venue Cymru's box office only (at the desk or over the phone).

Please bring your official student ID at the time of purchase or email your ID to memberships@venuecymru.co.uk before calling.

Please note: student discount cards are not accepted as a form of student ID.

Your membership will be activated and linked to your account as soon as your purchase is complete.

Membership cards can be collected from Venue Cymru’s Box Office on your next visit, however you can use your benefits straight after purchasing, without your physical card.

We do not currently offer an e-version of the card, but this is something we’re looking into!

Yes, absolutely! 

Gifting a Premier Membership is a great way to give someone a gift that keeps giving, all year round!

To gift a Premier Membership, head to our website and select the level of Premier Membership you wish to gift. 

From the drop-down, you can then select “Add as a gift”, you will then be prompted to enter the recipients email address.

Please ensure you inform the individual you are gifting the membership to so they are aware the email with a link to their membership will be on its way (these emails cannot be resent).

Please be aware, this will then send an email to them automatically, if you wish to have the email sent at a later date/time, please order the gifted membership through our Memberships Team directly.

Yes, however, the same cancellation terms and conditions apply for a gifted membership as for a personal membership.

You can renew your membership in a number of ways:

• Or in person at Venue Cymru or Theatr Colwyn's Box Office

If you wish to cancel your membership, you have two options:

• Leave your membership to expire automatically after 12 months from your date of purchase.

• Or, alternatively, we honour a 14 day cooling off period after purchase in which you can cancel your membership by speaking to our Box Office team directly.

(Please note: should you cancel a membership, any tickets purchased utilising the discount from the Premier Membership PLUS will need to be paid in full for them to remain valid. Any tickets purchased as a priority booking will also be cancelled within the 14 days and the seats will not be honoured if re purchasing.)

Your membership will automatically expire 12 months after your purchase date.

You'll be notified a week before your membership is due to expire, at this point you can decide whether to renew, or allow it to expire.
